1. Ask Questions

Do your research. What am I designing? Who am I designing it for? What is the purpose for this design? And why? 

2. Define Plans

Construct a point of view based on customer’s needs and insgihts. Use cases, journey maps, user personas, user flows, story boards.

3. Design

Mood board, style guide, site map, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, user testing.

Ideate. Prototype. Test.

4. Deliver

Often times, the hand off involves the developers or the stakeholders. At this point, it is always important to have all deliverables ready for a seamless transition.
